Apricot Pineapple Jam

1 lb dried apricots
1 1/2 cups water
1 (16 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 whole oranges
2 whole lemons
sugar
Recipe
Wash dried apricots. Add water let stand overnight. Simmer stirring frequently until fruit is tender about 10 minutes. Strain cooked apricots and canned pineapple through food mill.
Grate oranges and lemons and squeeze juice from fruit; add to apricot pineapple mixture. For each cup of fruit mixture add 3/4 cup sugar.
Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Boil gently 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Pour into sterilized jars. Seal w/paraffin or refrigerate.
