    Pineapple - Apricot Jam

    2 1/2 pounds (about 7 cups) of apricots, sliced
    3 cups of pineapple
    5 cups of sugar

    Wash and slice the apricots. Mix with the sugar and pineapple (fruit and juice). Cook until of the desired consistency. Pour into sterilized Kerr jars and seal while hot.
