    Pineapple Banana Jam

    2 c Crushed pineapple
    3 c Mashed bananas; (no brown spots)
    7 1/2 c Sugar
    1 Bottle Certo or 1 package Sure Jell


    Follow directions for jam when using either Certo or Sure Jell.
    Stir and skim alternately for about 5 minutes.

    Pour into sterilized glasses.

    Top with hot parafin.

    YIELD: Approzimately 10 to 11 8-ounce jars.
