    Rhubarb Blueberry Jam

    5 C. rhubarb, diced
    1 C. water
    5 C. sugar
    1 C. blueberry pie filling
    1 package raspberry Jell-O

    Cook rhubarb in water over medium heat until tender. Add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
    Stir in pie filling and cool for about 10 minutes.
    Add Jell-O and mix well. Pour into hot jars; process 15 minutes in boiling water or freeze.

    Yield: 12 servings

    Rhubarb-Pineapple Variation
    5 C. rhubarb, diced
    4 C. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple, including juice
    2 small boxes raspberry or strawberry Jell-O

    Boil rhubarb abd sugar with pineapple and juice for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
    Stir well. Put in jars; cover with lids; let cool and freeze.

    Yield: 8 small jars.
