Small Batch Honey-Plum Jam

3 cups purple plums, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp liquid honey
Recipe
In heavy medium saucepan, combine plums, sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; boil, stirring and mashing occasionally with back of a spoon, 15 minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in honey. Let cool to room temperature. Refrigerate in tightly covered jars up to 2 weeks.
