    1/3 cup fat free Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 1/2 cups chicken breast, cooked and diced
    1 1/4 cups part skim milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    6 ounces tomato paste
    1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick(r) baking mix
    1 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters(r) 99% egg substitute

    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil, garlic powder and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.

    Stir baking mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.

    Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
