    1 cup pitted, sweet cherries
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/8 tsp. salt
    Dash hot sauce

    Rinse, drain and chop cherries in a food processor or by hand. Combine all of the ingredients; mix well and refrigerate at least one hour.

    Each of the two servings contains 56 calories and less than 1 gram of fat.
