    Dijon Crème in Salmon Rolls

    1/2 cup of mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
    A dash of lemon juice
    A dash of teriyaki sauce
    1/3 cup of heavy cream
    8 large slices of smoked salmon

    In a medium bowl, combine and mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and teriyaki sauce.
    Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold into the mayonnaise mixture. Lay the salmon slices flat and cut in half crosswise. Place a small portion of mayonnaise mixture on each half slice. Roll up the salmon and place on a dish lined with a lettuce leaf. Repeat the process until all of the smoked salmon slices have been filled. Serves 4
