    Low-Fat Cherry Angel Dessert

    1 can (14 ozs.) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    1 C. water
    1-4-serving-size pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1-8 oz. carton plain fat-free yogurt
    1-16 oz. tub of Cool-Whip, thawed
    1 baked angel food cake, cubed
    1-20 oz. can reduced calorie cherry pie filling

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, water & pudding mix. Beat until well combined.
    Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
    Now fold in the yogurt & dessert topping.
    In a 3 qt. rectangular baking dish or casserole dish layer 1/2 the pudding mixture.
    Place all the cubed cake atop the pudding mixture. Top with the pie filling, then the remaining pudding mixture.
    Cover & chill thoroughly before serving.
    Serves 10
