Low Fat Big Cookie

1 1/2 oz Oatmeal; dry
1/3 c Nonfat dry milk
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Raisins
2 tb Low-fat Peanut butter
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 Very ripe banana; (mashed)
2 tb Water; (maybe 3 T)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine the oatmeal, dry milk, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins, peanut butter, vannila, banana, and water; mix well.
Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet.
Bake for 5-8 minutes (do not over-bake).
