1 16-oz graham cracker crust
1 8-oz pkg low fat cream cheese
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed skimmed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 21 oz can ready to eat cherry filling or strawberry Recipe
Blend cream cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. Pour in crust.
Chill until firm or 4 hours.
Top with pie filling just before serving
