List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pound of ground turkey breast
Kidney beans
Large onion, chopped
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of Rotelle tomatoes with chili peppers
Spices to taste:
Chili powder
Garlic
Pepper
Bay leaf
Paprika
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
Brown the turkey and onions first in small amount olive oil. Put all of the ingredients together in a pot and simmer. Serve over brown rice with corn bread. Corn Bread: Follow directions on corn meal box. Don't add oil or sugar, instead use 1/3 cup honey. Use 3 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs. Use whole wheat flour instead of white flour.
