Low Fat Chocolate Cupcakes

1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of water
1/2 cup of orange juice
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/3 cup of miniature chocolate chips
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into a medium size bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
Combine water, orange juice, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until moist. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pan. Bake at 375ºF. for 12 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cool. Makes 12. 155 calories each with 4.5 grams fat each.
