Low Fat Lemon Bars

1-1/4 C. flour
1 C.sugar
1/3 C. margarine, softened
1/2 C. Egg Beaters
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 C. lemon juice Recipe
In a bowl mix 1 C. flour and 1/4 C. sugar.
Cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Press in the bottom of a 9" square baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes until browned.
In bowl mix Egg Beaters, lemon peel, lemon juice & remaining flour and sugar
Pour over prepared crust.
Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
Cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cool on rack
Cut into 32 pieces (about 1x2").
