1 cup of flour
1 cup of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/3 cup of light corn syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of raisins
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Combine all ingredients ingredients. Stir in syrup, egg whites and vanilla. Blend well. Add raisins. Batter will be stiff. Bake 10 minutes or until firm. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. 56 calories per cookie, 1 gram fat. Recipe
