    Low Fat Seafood Lasagna Rollups

    6 lasagna noodles
    15 oz Italian style tomato sauce
    1 pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese, drained
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    Cook noodles as directed on the package. Rinse in cold water, drain well. Combine filling ingredients with a fork. Spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a 9-inch baking pan. Pour sauce over roll-ups. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese if desired.
