Nonfat Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients
1 cup of cooked spinach
1/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese
1/3 cup of sliced green onion
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of nonfat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped garlic
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, to allow the flavors to develop, before serving. Makes 2 cups
