This recipe can be used with beef, poultry or seafood. Try them all and enjoy the beaches. Mix the following ingredients:

1/4 cup turbinado sugar (or white)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbls. olive oil
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
2 cloves of garlic - grated
1 tsp salt

Marinate the meat for 1 hour in a plastic or stainless steel bowl in the refrigerator. Fire up the grill and grill each side until firm.
