    1-1/2 cups fresh lime juice
    1 cup fresh orange juice
    1/2 cup oil
    4 garlic bulbs, cloves peeled and coarsely chopped
    1/4 cup coarse salt
    2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
    3 bay leaves

    Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.

    Makes about 3 cups
