Marinade Sauce for Brisket of Beef

3 c. dry red wine
3 tsp salt
1 c. olive or peanut oil
3 tsp poupon mustard
2 tsp wine vinegar
2 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
Recipe
Mix all of the well and then pour over whole beef brisket. Let marinate for several hours, or overnight if possible. Also, use this marinade as a basting sauce.
You may find the 3 cups of dry red wine a little bit too much. No problem, use as much as you like in the sauce.
