In small pan, mix: 1 c milk, 3 Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper. Heat and stir until thick.

In baking pan put 2 pkgs. dry onion soup mix in the bottom.

Place pork roast on top of soup mix.

Rub roast with garlic powder.

Pour milk mixture over roast.

Add a small can of mushrooms (drained).

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.

(May also be done in crock pot).
