Filet Mignon with Tomato Herb Sauce

2 beef tenderloin 5 oz.
3 oz. fresh tear-drop tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
2 strips of fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 strips fresh baby dill (chopped)
2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
Recipe
Cut beef tenderloin into strips, add 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil to skillet and stir fry beef in hot olive oil, while beef is cooking add 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil into another pan, heat oil to a medium heat then add finely chopped cilantro, fresh baby dill, tomatoes, and garlic, saute 1 minute. Mix together in small sauce pan chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar and cook until thicken and heated.
Arrange steamed red onion onto serving plate, place filet on top of onions, then place steamed cabbage on top of steak and filet, pour heated mixture of broth, soy, sugar and vinegar over all.
Plate: Steam garnishes before serving and keep warm, place 1/2 red onion (shredded & steamed) on bottom of plate before serving, place 2 shaihai cabbage (shredded & steamed) on top of stir fried filet mignon.
