    1-1/2 lb ground beef
    2/3 c cracked crumbs
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 t Seasoned salt
    1/2 c milk
    1/3 c flour
    3 T shortening
    1-13 1/2 oz can pineapple chunks
    2 T cornstarch
    1/2 c vinegar
    2 T lemon juice
    2 T Soya sauce
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1 c coarsely chopped green pepper

    Recipe



    Combine beef; crumbs, onion, salt & milk; mix well. Shape into balls. Roll into flour; brown in shortening. Drain off excess fat.

    Drain pineapple; reserve syrup. Add enough water to reserve syrup to make 1 cup liquid. Blend pineapple liquid and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, Soya sauce, lemon juice and sugar; cook until thickened and clear. Add pineapple, green pepper; mix well. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over meatballs, cover and simmer for 15 minutes longer.
