    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 clove garlic mashed

    Recipe



    Grind pork, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pack chorizo in crock or glass jar. It will keep well in refrigerator for several weeks.
