    2 yellow bell peppers 1 sliced 1 blended
    2 red bell peppers 1 sliced 1 blended
    5 cloves of garlic choped or blended
    1 very large onion chopped
    4 medium tomatoes
    1 can Tomatoe sauce
    salt, pepper, oregeno, sweet basil, olive oil
    2 lbs. sweet italiansausage

    Blend in a food processor to small chunks the garlic, 1 yellow pepper, 1 red pepper. chop 2 tomatoes in processor or by hand until chunks are small. Dice the left over peppers and tomatoes. Put 1/2 of the onion in the food processor. chop the other 1/2. Do not over chop the food in the processor. Stop chopping when the food appears diced. The processor gives a greater flavor to the food. Using a large frying pan put in several tablespoons of olive oil (to taste) heat and put in onions, garlic and begin to sauté. Add peppers and sauté until onions are translucent. Add rest of the seasonings tomatoes sauce and tomatoes. Take 1/2 of the Sweet Italian sausage out of the casings and brown in separate frying pan, cut the remaining sausage into one inch chunks and add to pan. when browned add this to the other pan with all of the ingredients. after cooking 15 minutes taste and add seasonings to taste. Cook another 20 minutes taste again and either reseason or serve. In my opinion the more onions the better so you may want to exceed the amount given
