1 1/2 pounds good ground beef
1/2 cup medium cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Dash dried thyme, crushed
Dash dried marjoram, crushed


Recipe



Combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into a loaf in a 12 x 7-1/2 x 2inch baking dish or pan. Bake in 350 /o oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
