2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs
1 Cup Apple Sauce
½ - ¾ Cup Chopped Green Pepper
½ - ¾ Cup Chopped Onion
1 Package Lawry' s Meatloaf Seasoning
3 Small Cans Tomato Sauce
8 oz Cheddar Jack Cheese
Cheese Crackers(Cheese-it,Cheese Nips,etc)


Recipe



Mix ground beef, eggs, apple sauce, green pepper, onion, seasoning and ONE can of tomato sauce. Add crackers until loaf is a medium stiffness. Place in a 9" X 13" baking pan. Cover with remaining tomato sauce. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and cover with grated Cheddar Jack cheese. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
