1 to 1&1/2 pounds ground sirloin
(1) 10.25 oz. can French Onion soup
(1) 10.25 oz. can Beefy Mushroom soup
(1) 4 oz. can mushrooms
Pour half the contents of the canned items into an oven safe casserole dish. Put in the ground sirloin and cover it with the rest of contents of the canned items. Cover dish and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour. Serve over rice. My sixteen year old loves this and requests I fix it frequently. It's easy and the left-overs, if you have any, are just as delicious. Recipe
