Orange Molasses Glazed Pork Tenderloin

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/4 c. fine minced onion
3 tbsp. fine minced garlic
1 tbsp. cracked black peppercorns
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 c. light or dark Molasses
1/4 c. yellov prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 package of pork tenderloins (2 tenderloins in a package or about 2 to 2 1/2 lbs)
Recipe
In a medium sauce pan, at medium heat, place olive oil, onions and garlic and cook till onions are tender, add the remaining ingredients and bring all to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cook uncovered until gIaze is slightly thickened, about 10 to 15 minutes, let glaze cool. Place glaze and pork tenderloin in a plastic sealed bag. Let marinate over night. Remove meat from bag and marinade, place meat in a shallow foil pan, bake at 350° degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or an internal temperature of 165° degrees.
