3 tbs. Thyme, dried
3 tbs. Rosemary, fresh
1 1/2 tbs. black Pepper
3 tbs. Kosher Salt
1 1/2 tbs. Paprika
1 1/2 tbs. Sugar

Clean Prime Rib of 75% of fat, Rub with the seasonings. Cook in a 250° oven for 4 hrs. Check temp. Transfer to a 130° slow cooker (alto-shamm), cook for another 4 hrs. or to desired temp.
