Pork Saute with Peanut Sauce

2 lb. Pork Tenderloins slice and skewer
Marinade:
2 tbsp. Lemon Grass
2 tbsp. Ginger
2 tbsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Chili Pepper
2 tbsp. Curry Powder
1 c. Honey
3 c. Soy Sauce
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and marinate pork for 12 hours
Peanut Sauce:
1/8 c. Oil — Heat oil
1 tbsp. Garlic
1/2 c. Onion
1 tbsp. Chili Pepper
2 ea. Lime Zest
1 tbsp. Curry Powder
1 tbsp. Lemon Grass
Saute above ingredients.
2 c. Coconut Milk
Add Coconut Milk and bring to a boil, add the following 3 ingredients and simmer until thick.
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
4 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 c. Peanut Butter
