Roquefort Rib Eye Steaks

Serves 4
6 oz crumbled Roquefort or other quality blue cheese
6 T butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 rib eye steaks, 8 oz. each
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine the blue cheese, butter and Worchestershire in a small bowl, stir to mix. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and cook under a preheated broiler or preheat ourdoor grill until done to your liking. Spoon the blue cheese mixture over the steaks and return to the broiler or grill just until the cheese melts, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
