2 pounds ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard



Recipe



Mix ground beef, onion soup, milk and egg. Press mixture firmly into ungreased loaf pan (8-1/2x4-1/3x2-1/2-inches). Loosen edges with spatula and unmold loaf onto ungreased 13x9x2-inches baking pan. Mix brown sugar, ketchup and prepared mustard; spoon onto loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious!
