1 pound ground turkey (90 percent fat-free)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 package taco seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste



Recipe



Mix all ingredients; shape into 40 meatballs. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Place meatballs in dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned. (10 meatballs equal 1 serving.)
