Tomato Beef Stroganoff

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into stir-fry strips
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
19 or 28 ounce can Del Monte Original Style stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Recipe
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steak strips on both sides.
Stir in onion and mushrooms and saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil; simmer about 5 minutes.
Combine sour cream and flour; stir into pan and heat gently until thickened. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings.
Note: Round steak may be used, but increase simmer time to about 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
