List of Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
12 taco shells
1 small jar salsa
3/4 cup sour cream
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives
Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
Shredded Cheddar cheese (as desired)
Recipe
Mix meat and seasoning mix. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Partially fill each taco shell with lettuce and cheese. Drizzle with salsa. Top with 2 meatballs dipped in sour cream. Garnish with olives to make "eyeballs."
