    1/2 cup cold, cooked oatmeal
    1/2 apple, cut in large chunks
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1-2 packets Splenda, depending on how sweet you like your drinks
    2/3-1 cup cold water

    Recipe



    Using the Tall Cup, put the ingredients in the bullet mug in this order: apple chunks, oatmeal, protein powder, cinnamon and Splenda. Pour the water in last. Then, twist on the Cross Blade and blend until smooth. Remove Cross Blade and replace it with the comfort mug ring. Enjoy!
