Apricot-Glazed Ham Steak

1/3 c apricot fruit spread/jam
2 Tbsp dried or fresh currants
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 reduced-sodium ham steak (12 oz)
Recipe
1. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine fruit spread, currants, and mustard. Cook 30 seconds, stirring until mixed.
2. In nonstick skillet over high heat, brown ham 1 minute per side. Drizzle fruit-mustard glaze over ham steak in skillet. Divide into 4 servings. Serve with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and green beans.
