1 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
5 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/2 cup of hot water
1 1/2 pounds of liver (calf)
6 medium onions, sliced
Salt& pepper to taste
Hot oil
Combine flour, salt and pepper; Dredge liver. Lightly brown in hot oil, drain and place in shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with onion slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper and bacon. Add water, cover and bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes, uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
