Beef Tenderloin with Oyster Mushrooms

8 slices of beef tenderloin
8 large fresh oyster mushrooms
1 tablespoon of oil
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of fresh chives
2 chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat and add the beef slices and sear for 2 minutes, turn over season and sear for 1 more minute.
Remove the meat and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Return the meat to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve.
