3lbs ground beef
11/4 cup oat meal
11/2 can tomato sauce for meatloaf
Thumb and two fingers of brown sugar
A liberal dash of sage
1 egg
three or four shakes of salt
likewise of pepper


Recipe



Mix all that together. Spray 8x13x2 inch pan. Mold meatloaf in pan and cover with remainder of sauce add catsup to cover if necessary. Bake approx. 1 ½ hours.
