    Source of Recipe

    Internet

    List of Ingredients

    Ham:
1 fully cooked smoked whole ham (about 14 pounds)
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup honey
    1 teaspoon ground ginger

    Mustard Sauce:
    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 jar (8 ounces) Dijon mustard with seeds
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

    Cranberry-Cherry Sauce:
    1 large orange
    1 can (21 ounces) cherry-pie filling
    1 bag (12 ounces) cranberries (3 cups)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

    1. Prepare Ham: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove skin and trim some fat
from whole ham, leaving about 1/4 inch fat.

    2. Place ham on rack in large roasting pan (about 17" by 11 1/2"). Insert meat
thermometer into center of ham, being careful that pointed end of thermometer
does not touch bone. Roast ham 2 1/2 hours.

    3. After ham has roasted 2 1/2 hours, prepare glaze: In 1-quart saucepan, mix
brown sugar, honey, and ginger; heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Boil 1
minute. When bubbling subsides, brush ham with some glaze. Roast ham 30
minutes to 1 hour longer, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze until
    thermometer reaches 140 degrees F.

    4. Meanwhile, prepare Mustard Sauce: In medium bowl, stir together all Mustard
Sauce ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    5. When ham is done, place on large cutting board; let stand 20 minutes for easier
    slicing.

    6. Meanwhile, prepare Cranberry-Cherry Sauce: From orange, grate 1/2 teaspoon
peel and squeeze 1/2 cup juice. In 3-quart saucepan, heat orange peel, juice, and
remaining ingredients to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce
heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of cranberries
    pop.

    7. Serve ham with sauces.
