Cheesy Broccoli-Sausage Delight

6 baked pastry shells
1 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked broccoli
6 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup prepared canned cheese soup
Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped chives (optional)


Recipe



Fill the pastry shells with a layer each of sausage, broccoli and eggs. Sprinkle each filled pastry shell with Cheddar cheese and bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Prepare the cheese soup as directed on the can. Put pastry shells on individual serving plates and ladle cheese soup over each one; sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives and serve at once.

Makes six servings.
