    3 pounds of ground beef
    1/4 cup of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    3 tablespoons of flour
    6 scallions, chopped
    2 well beaten eggs (opt.)
    2 boxes Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
    Sesame seed

    Fry meat; drain off fat. Add scallions, sugar, flour and eggs (optional); mix well. Flatten out shells very thin. Cut into fourths. Take 1/4 shell; add meat mixture. Fold ends and dip in seed. Hamburgers can now be frozen until ready to use or placed in oven and baked at 400�F. for 20 minutes or until brown.
