    Cider Vinegar Marinated Pork Chops

    1 cup water
    1 cup cider vinegar
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    4 large garlic cloves, sliced
    1 Tbsp pickling spice
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    4 8 ounce pork loin chops 1 inch thick
    all pupose flour
    salt and pepper
    vegetable oil

    Recipe



    Mix first 6 ingredients in shallow glass baking dish just large enough to accomodate pork in a single layer. Add pork, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours. Remove pork from marinade; pat dry. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook about 8 minutes per side for medium. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
