Fillet Mignon with Wine Sauce

2 pounds choice filet
1/4 pound diced mushrooms
Worcestershire sauce
Port wine
Diced onions
Broil steak as desired. Take juice from steak, in a flat pan, and pour over the mushrooms and diced onions and stir slowly until thick. Add Port wine and Worcestershire sauce, to thin. Then pour over steak.
