1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. vegetable oil
2 T. honey
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 flank steak
Recipe
Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate flank steak in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Remove from refrigerator about a half hour before grilling.
Broil meat about 4 minutes per side for rare or longer for desired degree of doneness. Slice thinly on the diagonal.
Discard marinade OR put it in a small saucepan and BOIL for about 3 minutes. Serve it on the side.
