    Ginger Soy Flank Steak

    2 tablespoons minced ginger
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon red chili flakes
    juice from one lime
    1 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
    1 flank steak - 1.5 #

    Recipe



    Mix the first seven ingredients in a small bowl and pour over flank steak. Let sit for one hour. Clean grill with a grill brush and towel. Heat grill on a high setting for 5 minutes. Place the flank steak on the grill and reduce heat to a medium setting. Cook for 5 minutes and flip flank steak, cook another 3 - 5 minutes and remove from heat.

    This beef recipe can be served with any potato of your choice as well as vegetable. This recipe would work very well with saut�ed Asian vegetable and a rice blend.

    Serves 4 - 6
