    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup catsup
    2 tbsp. chili sauce
    1 small chopped onion
    2 sticks chopped celery
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

    Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Do not fry hard. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Allow to simmer for 2 hours. Sirring occassionally.

    I've tried other ways to make this over the years and found out that by simmering for 2 hours, the ground beef breaks down into fine particles and is not lumpy.

    Bar-B-Q is usually served on a hamburger bun. I also put it on top of a hot dog for a different flavor than Coney Island sauce.
