Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves OR thyme leaves, crushed
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. vegetable oil OR olive oil
1 medium onions, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
hot cooked rice
Recipe
Mix garlic, paprika and basil, coat the pork chops with seasoning mixture. Heat oil in skillet. Add the pork chops and cook until browned.Add theonion and cook until tender.Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
